Me canso = I tire myself (like running or something but you would usualy use past as in = me canse)
Me cansa = it tires me.
Me cansas = you tire me (hehehehe)
Me cansan = they tire me (not necesarily people can be things)
or if you like
(I believe that - Me doy sueño would not really make any coherent sense so don't use it - use Tengo sueño)
Me da sueño - It gives me sleep (hahahaha) it makes me sleepy.
Me das sueño - you make me sleepy (hehehee)
Me dan sueño - they make me sleepy
