You have to identify the truth because so many people pretend that they know.

Finding one that is knowledgeable is not difficult, if he/she can tell what happened to your house in the past (without you telling the info first). If he/she is good, then you can employ or trust he/she!

yes, i do. where and how? i like to attend some seminars from masters who offer them to know the concepts and formulas. then i apply them. and yes, it has made my life easier to manage - convenient.
