I think they cause the odor they're like .5 cm by .3 cm and there are tons (right on her scalp)!!!! and you can smell it from about 2 ft away phew.......

Sounds like she has hair extensions and she's not cleaning her hair properly. I think you should let her know respectively and offer help removing the extensions or cleaning her hair since she's your friend.

I have no idea why her hair smells. You did not say if this lady is African American or not. The reason I'm saying this is it sounds like she may have nits in her hair. Nits are the larvae of lice. Usually lice will not live in dirty hair and most African Americans use some type of oil to moisturize their hair. I work in healthcare and have for over twenty years. I advise you to havae someone look in your hair and see if there are any of the pells in you hair. I would also suggest telling her about them and trying to get her to have whatever it is treated.

Pellets? If theyr white and look like little dots, then its probably drandruff. Just nicely tell her that she should wash her hair everyother day with "head and shoulders" (really good shampoo for removing dirt and drandruff). Hope this helps.

maybe she has lice. and the things you are see are the nits (lice eggs) if she has stay away you can get them on you clothes and hair if you get close .

jen jen...i think it's because she doesn't take a shower everyday :( and obviously WANTS to be a ab frieak...and make her hair smell good...but...mabi u should just talk to her abt it!!! well..u talked to jake and keaton abt who u like!!!! LOL..JK JK JK!!!
