to anyone who has had sinus surgery,rhinoplasti or deviated septum fixed?

will exercising or having sex 5 days(or right after packing comes out) affect how it looks or how it heals?will excercises like running affect how it heals?also i didnt know until today when i read the paper that i should avoid smiling and grinning and ive been laughing like crazy...will this affect anything?

I had sinus surgery and bent over to check the air presure in my tires the day after the packing came out, it started to bleed the Dr then had to repack it to stop the bleeding. This is about as painful as it comes.
