This could mean that you are with this b/f on the rebound.
However, if you feel secure and settled with him, there is
no reason why you should not go on to be really happy
together.
You have to keep yourself in check though. Now you are aware
you should be able to do this.
You have to ask yourself do you want this boyfriend or live
with a memory? Do you see yourself getting back with him. If so
be honest and break your relationship now before you get more
involved with each other. Good Luck.

Don't mention the ex. If you still hanker after the ex : perhaps you need a guy who combines the qualities of both. Or you just want what you can't have. Or if he was your first big relationship, then you're using him as a reference point.
All the same : Don't mention your EX- or it will spoil this relationship.

that can really turn a guy away this early in the relationship.
You don't realize that you do it, but maybe you can consiously(sp?) watch you what you bring up and or just not mention your ex at all. I had to ask my wife when we were dating because she kinda did the same thing. I mean i knew her heart was devoted to me and mine to hers, but I did NOT want to hear about ex's.
Hope all goes well.

crikey, theres obviously an issue here for him to feel it so much to mention it.
just try really hard i guess not to talk about the ex at all. it could end even a good relationship..

it happens to us all, perhaps you should just not worry to much and explain to your new fellow that it is not meant if you do slip up & relate to issues with the ex.
Now you are aware how your new bloke feels hopefully you will have something in the back of your mind telling you to think first

well, its OK to relate to your past experiences so the same mistakes are not made again. Just tell him you don't want this relationship to end like it has before, and everyone will be just fine!
Good Luck Hun!

refer to them. clarify that you opt for to provide the relationship yet another try. the purely way that is going to artwork is that if you're both waiting to ignore previous transgressions and start up new from as we talk. If the different individual says no, you want to entice close that and bypass on.
