Make her laugh! A boy at my school does it to me all the time, and Im beginning to like him. It should work unless she doesn't have a personality

Sneak up behind her and scare her. Say something that's cute and sweet. Tickle her or something like that. U don't have to do a lot to flirt with a girl

you have to remember that "flirting" is just word play. You have to be witty and maintain eyecontact. If you can get her laughing you are not being annoying.
