I was with this guy for 5 years and when we broke up he started seen this other woman less then a month. He thinks it is ok and that I should do the same. I don’t understand how men could tell some one 4 5 years I Love U and sleep with anther.. Like nothing happened…..

When you're lonely you want to be with someone and men don't show their feelings or tell anyone their feelings he may be hurt but covered it up by getting with someone else quick.

The difference is that he's over you, and you aren't over him. If the relationship is over, then really you have no claim on him anymore. He can start dating another girl the very next day if he really wanted to do that. It's not like nothing happened. It's simply that he's ready to date again. He came to terms with the breakup with you and he's ready to move on. Do you want to sit around being sad because the relationship ended for the rest of your life? And, to defend the guys a little bit here, women can and do the same thing.
I dated a guy for 4 years. Eventually, I knew he would date again. I don't expect him to sit there holding a candle for me forever.

Maybe he was already seeing her while the two of you were still together. I think that he is just afraid to be alone. Just because hes moved on doesnt mean you have to right away. i would take this time to enjoy your freedom and not get settled in with another guy right away. Just be thankful that he showed you his true colors now and not after you got married.
