My hands are nearly always cold and shaky, sometimes it gets to the point where my fingers go numb.It happens all seasons of the year, (although my hands shake more in the warmer months). What could be causing this? Someone told me it could do with my nervous system?

sounds like you have poor circulation- your hands aren't getting enough blood flow to keep them warm- you might want to address this with your dr. in the meantime, you could try hand exercises to get the blood going.
