Not officially. Unofficially, Spanish is spoken more than any other language in the United States, except English.

But know that English isn't an official language either, despite being the de facto primary language in the United States. There is no official language on a federal level. Several states have made English their official language.

In most American countries, it's first. But if you mean the USA then we don't have an official language at all.

it somewhat is extremely large if someone can talk a 2nd or 0.33 language or much greater. Our u . s . is created from human beings from many countries who might prefer to have their living house language spoken right here so they are able to understand greater effective. yet ONE u . s . language is approximately all an immigrant can cope with at one time and it desires to be the language straight forward to many of the persons residing right here to fulfill their desires.
