Hi Ken. Ken here. My favorite treatment for chapped lips is Blistex cream but really any of them are fine. You want something that will replace the missing moisture and help seal it in. Carmex is good too. If it's really cold where you are be sure that you keep your home's air from being too dry.

You sound like you are dehydrated. Get some Carmex, as suggested or regular old Vaseline. But you need to drink a lot more water and less caffeine or alcohol. I buy the bottle water and add these little mixers like Kool-Aid (sugar free) or Green Tea with honey and lemon.

Buy a soft one, put it on after a shower or bath when your lips have plumped up from moisture. Drink more water and try to get less caffine (a diuretic). Dehydration of the body shows up in chapped lips.

3 reasons thhat your lips get chapped are:
-the weather
-youre not drinking enough water
-you need chapstick
I you get enough water, then I would advise getting chapstick, not lipgloss. You could buy any kind except for flavored or smelly kinds. I would suggest all natural

Just about any kind will do the trick. I prefer the ones that have medication and/or sunscreen added to them.
