No friend should be calling you fat in the first place. 114 isn't overweight. If you want to lose 5 or 10lbs, that's one thing. Walk everyday for 30-40 minutes or so. Don't eat in between meals. Cut down on sugary drinks and snacks. Watch how much you are eating.
The most important thing you can remember is that now matter how many pounds you lose, you are still going to be the same person. There will always be someone that thinks you aren't pretty. There will awlays be someone that thinks you aren't very smart. People are mean sometimes. Don't run around trying to please everyone else. Remember that you are beautiful as you are. If you want to lose weight, do it for you and ONLY for you! But love yourself as you are before you do that.

Girl, I'm your age and I'm like your weight or 2 pounds heavier and I'm 4'11. I get called fat sometimes too. It sucks. My advice is this:
Forget about the diets-they involve you giving up certain foods and expect a lot from you. You should jog around the block as frequently as you can and ditch desserts. (Only eat desserts for special occasions or at LEAST twice a week). Forget about seconds on food too. Plus eat a lot of healthy stuff such as veggies, fruits, granola bars and so on. You can still eat pizza and all of your other favorite foods that may be greasy but don't have a lot of them. Like I was once told: "It's not WHAT you eat, it's really HOW MUCH you eat." Also have breakfast each day. It'll start up your metabolism and your body will burn more calories.
Lastly and most important:
LOVE YOURSELF! Anybody who calls you fat needs to shut up. You are not fat. Just because you are not skin and bones doesn't mean you're fat. I was once told by somebody that every person in the world is worth way more than they could possibly know. It's so true.
All the best!

I struggled with weight my whole life. You are not that overweight, but I lost over 100lbs from taking carbs away from my diet. You dont have to remove them all together. But if you drink soda, that has tons of carbs and sugar. Drink some of the carb free sodas they have now like coke zero. and sprite zero. Cut back on foods that are white, like white bread...eat wheat instead. Cut out potatoes and rice. Replace them with veggies. If you need to have something sweet, try sugar free cookies or candy. Just dont eat too much of it, because they can work like a laxative. Also exercise. Walk for 20-30 min a day. It will get your heart rate up and increase your metabolism and you will burn fat so much faster. Good luck

Like most other people here said, You are NOT FAT! You are a perfect weight for your height. If you want to get stronger you can exercise more but do not go on any type of diet. Going on a diet will send your body into starvation mode and it will try to hold on to everything you eat. A diet may cause you to be heavy as you get older. Just eat healthy foods and as much as you want. Then stay active to keep your muscles strong.

PLEASE understand this! YOU'RE NOT FAT!!!
Let me repeat that, YOU'RE NOT FAT!!!
According to your BMI (Body Mass Index) you are 21.5, which is in the BEST range for your weight and height. 20 to 26 is best, 26-29 is moderately overweight, and anything over 30 is dramatically overweight (or fat).
To find out your BMI, multiply your weight X 704, then divide that by your height (in inches), then divide that again by your height, and your answer should be a two digit answer that you compare to what I posted above. I came up with 21.5, which should make you a very attractive person!!! :o)

Who cares what they think about you! Its not what you look like, but How do you feel? If you feel healthy, then you dont need to lose weight. But if you feel like you need to, then here is some adivce.
Just watch what you eat. Eat more veggies and fruits and watch your fat intake, dont take it all out because you do need some fat in your everyday diet.
Excersise, which you can jope rope, or take a walk, ride a bike to do that.
When your friends call you fat just ignore them, tell them your not fat and smile! CHIN UP!
