It sounds like she has a urine/bladder infection. I'd take her to the vet immediately to get her some medicine and to rule out a kidney disease.
Oh, and don't punish her, give her some newspaper to use for now.
Good luck!

Could be a urinary infection of some sort. Signs would be cloudy urine or even blood in the urine I would take her to the vet and get it checked out- easy to diagnose and easily treatable with antibiotics.

Bladder infection. Kidney infection. Possibly going into heat for the first time. I'd take her to the vet to find out. If she was housebroken and is now giong inside, she's trying to tell you something.

Poor thing my corgi went through the same thing. It's not her fault but she does have an infection like everyones been saying. It will only go away if you take her to the vet to get meds

DEFINATELY take her to the Vet she could have a bladder infection or even worms. Worms dont typically harm puppies unless they get out of control. Most puppies have mild worms. Bladder infections are fairly common, make sure you get the pup some medicine. Make them drink lots of water to pass the infection

yeah...unless just looking for comfort on here...take your dog to the vet...doesnt seem like anything too serious, other than a uti...so dont run to the super expensive animal hospital..just get her to her normal vet in the morning...
