heres the problem..he's really shy. Your going to have to initiate everything. Your the 1 thats going to have to start every conversation and initiate all the touching and kissing for now. Once he warms up to you then things will go over more smoothly.

If he barely talks to you, then you do not have much of a relationship going on. You obviously talked to him enough to know that you wanted to date him, I hope. You need to get to him one-on-one and just talk. Don't worry about forcing the conversation. Just talk like you would to any one of your friends. Listen to him and how his day when and respect his time to talk. It may not be because you are his first girlfriend, it may because he doesn't know WHAT to say or HOW to say it. Take matters into your own hands and start talking to him. Ask him questions about things you want to know -- even if it's something simply like his opinion on something that's going on around school or whatever. It will get things going. Hope this helps!!

Awww... He's probably shy and afraid that if he talks he will say the wrong thing. Make an effort to start conversations with him. If he doesn't think that he needs to try to impress you so much then perhaps he will be more comfortable talking to you. If you think he is comfortable talking to you but is choosing not to then move on.

If there is trouble with communication NOW--the beginning of a relationship, when it should be all talking, kissing, talking, kissing (at least at your age...)--then it will never get better. End it--gently--and find someone with social skills.

Ask him questions to draw him out. Perhaps he is just very shy and needs encouragement. You can provide that if you are patient. Find out what his interests are, and ask him questions about it. For example, if he likes fishing, ask a lot of fishing questions....If you find out his interests, he will talk. He just has to feel comfortable.

Tell him you want to talk more. That kinda defeats the purpose of communication, if you don't tell him to communicate. Lead by example I suppose :)

Go over to him and have a chat and if he stoops talking or he walks away or something, follow him... stay with him and see what he likes to talk about so yall have something to talk about...

Sit down with him and talk to him! Tell him "If this relationship is going to work, you need to listen and talk to me!" God luck! Best of wishes!

well my opinion is you should find something you are both interested in and find a way to get him to talk on the topic.
