What are the possible reasons for a person who was listed on a Megan's Law list to stop being listed? Don't offenders have to stay in the state they were convicted in, or can they move?

The person in question is now incarcerated in Indiana. His crime was commited in California,so I do not know how or why he ended up in Indiana. His mother lives in California, and his brother is incarcerated in California for the same type crime. But at least they are in custody. Thanks to all who had comments

For the most area they don't look to be listed with the hardcore offenders who're typically-talking, aspect 3 or aspect 2, i have self belief. maximum states restict get entry to to the worst of the worst without the social protection AND call of a suspected criminal. on the different hand, it type of feels that this variety of crime is truly benign in evaluation to baby sexual attack, rape or baby pornography. i understand that New Jersey has had some courtroom circumstances from youthful adult males who experience they have been railroaded for only that particular same issue. equipment mag had a column written by technique of one guy. typically, someone who's on a itemizing could sign up with interior sight regulation enforcement. do no longer ignore that the bottom degrees could properly be expunged, regardless of the truth that the legal conviction isn't.
