for the past 2-3 weeks i have been extremley tired, sweaty, no appitite, and i have been having stomach pains. The pains arent all the time but seem to happen after i do some sort of movement like walking at a normal pace, the pain is sudden, and takes my breath away. i have been tested for mono, thyroid problems, liver problems, pancreatitus...has anyone else had these problems?

is it a dull or sharp pain and how long does it last?
