traveler digital camera?

i have a traveler digital camera but lately it wont work right... when ever i turn it on the screen is blank so i cant take any picts that arnt black....i havent dropped it and water has not gotten on it or anything.....so i really dont know wat is wrong....please tell me how to fix it i dont know how
