You can try www.alc.co.jp if you want to translate individual words into Japanese. However, if you want to translate text of any length into Japanese, then you need a human being. Machine translation has improved over the years, but still cannot compete with the human brain!

No website will give you a decent translation. Computer translation simply isn't that good. Your best bet is to get a good dictionary, like Noah S. Brannon's English-to-Japanese dictionary. It gives you everything you need to write sentences in Japanese, and only costs a few dollars.
