I use this anti frizz stuff that's made by Dove. It comes in a white bottle(kinda like a lotion bottle) with a blue top, and they have extra strength with an orange top. It works really good with frizzy hair.

The cheapest way possible to get your hair silky and get rid of the frizz is to use an anti-frizz serum. My hair used to be extremely poofy and frizzy. You should try these steps.

1. Take a shower in the morning washing and conditioning your hair using Pantene Pro-V conditioner. (I'm a vegetarian now, so I use Rain which is much cheaper and almost as effective and not tested on animals!)

2. Use Zero-Frizz: Corrective Hair Serum (it has a big silver pump and is see-through with a clear syrupy-liquid inside) and put a quarter sized amount into your hair. If you have a part, apply a little by the roots of your hair by the part. Also apply it to the mainly frizzy area and the ends of your hair.

3. Put your wet hair into a pony-tail and let your hair dry by itself or blow dry the top of your head (don't worry about the pony-tail unless you want to).

4. In about 1-2 hours keep your hair down so that it can dry better.

5. Put just a little bit of a more liquidy anti-frizz serum (I use Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine) in the frizzy areas. Garnier Fructs Sleek & Shine works very well, and you can keep it in your purse or back-pack since it has an Open-Close turning pump--so no worry's about leaks or it accidently being opened!

Also if you have extremely thick hair that might even poof out--try getting your hair very layered. (I have about 8-10 layers) This will help make your hair fall down more and frame your hair.

P.S After your hair is pretty much dry, it will look frizzy--but not after brushing it then it'll stay basically perfect all day! You also might want to consider getting your hair straightened at a salon it's usually about $60 for your first time.

The best best best thing i have found is first of you need really deep conditioners, second you dont need to shampoo everyday You can rinse and condition, and most importantly after washing smooth hair down into the lowest pig tails you can get and let it dry that way. I let it dry and then about half way through I got frizzes sticken out the top so I straighten those gently with a hot iron But it works wonders for frizzy hair The more you touch and mess with your hair and let the air get to it while its wet the more it frizzes. Only thing that works for me!

I think all of your combing makes it more frizzy. I know that's what happens when I comb my hair too much. try this- when you take a shower, use conditioner, then dry your hair about 30 min after you get out of the shower. point the dryer down from the top of your head and shake your hair out until it gets dry. if it gets frizzy later, try leave in conditioner.
