more white people receive food stamps, because there are more white people around. If your asking if a poor black person gets less dollar total in food stamps than a poor white person if both have the same income and dependents. the answer is no.

That would depend on the area, the concentration of a particular race in that area, and the level of poverty in that area. Poverty is a problem for people of all races. The best way to improve your financial status is to improve your education. do you be gettin what i'm sayin?
