i have ben going out with this guy for about a week and im not into him anymore how do i tell him?

Don't go off and be shallow and just plain mean... making up excuses, ignoring him, etc. You don't want to leave them feeling worse now, do you?
Be honest with him. Tell him that you just see him as a friend and you just don't feel the same. Tell him he is a nice guy and bring his self-esteem up and say that there will be someone else who likes him for who he is. (Kinda even out the "rejection.") You just don't feel the same way.

Every time he calls or approaches you tell him you're busy. He will very soon get the idea that you don't want to go out with him any more. But you cannot accept even once!

just tell him that it has been fun, but you dont feel that big of a connection. and he will most likely agree. if he gets upset. leave him be for a little while and then try to be friends with him, but you have to give him time
