When will the Dolan SpringsPark and Ride to the Grand Canyon Skywalk operate and what are the rates please?

We are hoping to visit the Skywalk on April 9 and would prefer to use the Park and Ride facility because of the car rental terms forbidding travel on non-gravel roads
