i know you guys ask if he ever ask for my number too...obviously he can't cuz his working that time and his the teller that assist me..

Definitely call him. I think maybe by giving you his number, he was asking you out in a way that didn't put much pressure on you (like if he had asked you for your number, you would have been put on the spot to decide). If a guy gives you his number, chances are REALLY good that he likes you and is interested in getting to know you. I'd personally never give a number unless I liked the girl!
Call him. And forget about that "wait a few days to call" stuff. A guy would be thrilled to hear back from a girl really soon after giving her his number.

If you kind of like him and would like to get to know him better, then by all means, call him. Don't be shy and you never know until you try. If he gave you his number, he obviously would like to hear from you.

I would wait and see him again and give him my number to see if he is really worth it. Second impressions do make a difference so wait and take your time. Don't rush it.
