The Jockey Club will not accept a horse like your stallion in its regular registry- but they should (and most likely will) accept him in their Performance Horse Registry. The PHR is a registry for horses of Thoroughbred ancestry who participate in sports besides racing. I would also check with the APHA, and I think, though I'm not certain, that there are a couple of other breed registries which will accept a horse of this breeding. I own a Quarter Horse mare who has lots of Thoroughbred in her ancestry( she has 4 crosses to Three Bars, a thoroughbred, in her pedigree) and she is fully registered with the AQHA, so I know that they accept horses that have infusions of genes from other breeds. Good luck, and I hope this helps.

Not the Jockey Club. I believe that you might be able to register his foals in the Paint horse registry, if the dam is registered and the foal is born a paint, but I'm not sure.

AQHA
There is an appendix registry
Most likely if you have foals with color APHA would or may register them and some of the
Warmblood and others like that would register them if the mare was like holisten or warmblood.
The arab registry may registert hem if they were half arab.
