I have found that we sometimes break out where our muscles are sore or strained. Did you over work your neck or back lately? Do a lot of lifting? Lactic acid and bad energy coming through your skin. Stretch or get your self a good massage and keep cleaning! I have had good results.
Good luck.
Mental stress can also cause breakouts. Maybe you need to relax and chill out. Take a vacation!!

Use this general 3 step plan.
1. Wash your neck and lower back with water. The skin in these areas is tougher than in places on your face but you still must be delicate.
2. Using your fingers, gently scrub the areas with mild soap (proabably a liquid form).
3. Rinse the soap off your neck and lower back.
Do this once or twice a day religiously. It usually will take a few weeks to notice a difference, but you must commit. You dont want to be rough with your skin. This is a major cause of acne. also, things like backpacks and such that rub against your skin constantly can irritate your glands and cause breakouts. It has not been proven that your diet has much of an effect on acne.

Jost expholiate (sorry... spelling?) it every morning and evening, and use a perscription medication it. It should clear up in a few days. Also, in the summer, acne on the back tends to clear up. Don't worry, I went through the same thing, and it is a little embarrassing, but just clean it daily and you should see an imporvement within a few days. Good luck.

*Treat this acne just as you would on your face
-exfoliate
-use a spot treatment
**make sure that you shower after physical activity, or sweating. Sweat clogs pores, causing acne.

raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar,
mix 3 tablespoons of vinegar with 3 tablespoons of distilled water, dab on a few times a day.
you can also drink 1 or 2 tablespoons in a glass of water, add honey if you like, in the am and the pm..

If you have dandrull, it could be caused by flakes from your scalp landing on your back and embedding themselves in you back. In that case, use a good dandruff shampoo. It could also be caused by your bath gel or whatever you use. If it contains any oil, it could be clogging the pores with oil, causing the breakouts. In that case, find a bath gel or wash that is oil free.
