If you want to get over him quickly, take the advice of a man who has been dumped before...

If he is messing around, that is more germs and sweat than you need to share. If he says that he loves you, think about where his hands, fingers, etc have been just a little while ago. Do you want those hands and fingers to touch you at all? Eeeyou! Don't even think about him washing before he sees you, just think where his hands and lips were and ask yourself, "Do I want HER germs on my skin?" On my mouth?

Sorry if that is too graphic, it is meant to convince you as soon as possible. Stay away, far away...

You can get over him when you recognize that he's a liar. He doesn't "still" love you. He never did.

Logically, you know that if he loved you, he wouldn't be messing around. So, what he feels for you could not be love. He might still have the same feelings for you, but just because he's calling those feelings love, doesn't mean they are.

It always hurts when we have to face the fact that someone does not feel the same way we do, but it hurts worse to find out that they think their so-called love is equal to your sincere love. It would hurt even more if you found out after you had dedicated even more of your life to him. Be grateful that you know now.

Funny, I had an ex-husband like that. I still went through with the divorce. They lie once, they'll lie again. Didn't help that his little 18 year old girlfriend's car was always at his apartment at night. (No I wasn't stalking him, I had to drive by the place on my way home from work.)

You just steel yourself. Everytime he shows up or calls, look at him with contempt and coolness, think about everything he's done to you. It's amazing how refreshing it is not to cry anymore.

Tell him that you want to see him one night so you guys can talk things out. Enjoy a dinner, maybe a movie. Make it known that you'd like to sleep with him atleast 1 more time before you make your decision. After dude busts a couple nuts, he'll most likely fall asleep. When he does, you cut his balls off and tell him if you can't be the only one messing with them, noone will.

you get over him by not paying attention to his lies. He is an ex so let it be done. Stop talking to this guy or you will never get over it. When you find youself thingking or daydreaming about him, stop it, get up and go do something so you stop thinking about him. He is messing around but he loves you? What nonsense don't fall for it.

I assume he's you ex because he was messing aroung and you got tired of it. He will probably never quit messing around even though he may love you (or not) so just tell yourself you are better off without him and find someone who will be faithful.

you guys are ex's for a reason. You should move forward with your life it is natural for you all to still have feelings for one another but the fact still remains that he's sharing himself with someone else obviously that's a problem form you. Move on with you life and find you a new friend. One who could appreciate you.

Sounds as though he wants an opening in case he decides he wants you back as a girl friend.

Dump him. Was he having protected sex? Would you believe him if he said yes?

Girl, move emotionally far and away from this jerk unless you would like to be the plan "B" in his life.

Stop any kind of contact with him. That is not the kind of love you need and deserve. Let him be who he is. Do not change who you are. Just move on.
