Im 18, overweight and very busy. I dont over eat or ask for the SUPERSIZE at MC D's. Obesity runs in my family and unfortunitely carbs stick to my body like butter on bread. I drink lots of water already so that doesnt do anything for me. I work and go to school so i dont have much time to exercise. I wanted to know if anyone knew anything about any cheap weightloss pills that dont have ephedra in them. Any suggestions?

Weight WAtchers is a wonderful weight loss support group. You will feel totally accepted and supported there with manyothers in your same situation.

Also, I just recently found (suggested by a Yahoo answerer!) a group on line that is free called Spark People. It is fantastic and has many tools you can use and people to chat with and life stories to read and pictures and you can make your own page onit and your own charts for food eaten and weight lost, etc. Check it out.

Good luck. I'm in your situation too and struggling.

I've heard of a lot of people having good luck with green tea with Hoodia. I would take them myself but the Hoodia makes me nauseous.
