If it's a senior flirting with a freshman....chances are he's trying to get you in the sack...maybe not rape you, but definitely try something.
You should keep it real with him and ask him what's up with him flirtin' with you??? If he can't answer honestly...then cut him outta your equation....he's trying to put another notch in his belt.
Be smart and feel the situation out.

I don't know why your friends think he is going to rape you. But we'll see if my answer helps at all.
First of all, consider his age. Why would a senior be interested in a freshman? You are on completely different maturity levels and he has had much more experience than you have, most likely.
Second, your security. If you feel threatened, then stay away. If you want to take a chance, then make sure you are secure. Make sure that if you go out alone with him, your friends and family know exactly where you are at all times in case there is trouble.
If he has raped someone before, be extremely careful or just stay completely away. Being raped is not an experience you want.

Well, give it some time. Don't be alone with him for a while until you can absolutely trust him. Also, just make sure he's not trying to play a game with you, by just trying to get into your pants. Ask your friends how do they know he is gonna rape you? If someone comes to you, and says he has already done that to them....then leave him alone.

You really need to pay attention to your spelling and grammar if you want anyone to take your post seriously - you claim to be a freshman, but you sound like a fourth-grader. I doubt you're ready to handle the pressures of a relationship yet, especially one that might involve sexual contact. Let this boy know that while you like him and would like to date him, you're not ready for any physical intimacy. Perhaps your friends see something you don't, so be careful and don't put yourself in a compromising situation - ie, be alone in a car with him.

I think you should concentrate more on school and learning how to spell. He's a senior and you're a freshman, if you start seeing him, he's going to expect more from you. He may be stupid enough to rape you but if you feel he is going to rape you and you still stay by him, then wouldn't you think you're enticing him?

well first off, seniors who go for freshman are 90% of the time not liking you because of your personality, but other obvious reasons (sex). they usually go for the younger ones because they know other senior girls alread know his ways, and wont go out with him. who knows though, he could be different. so if you really like him, then i think you should probably just tell him you dont want anything serious, and see how things go.
oh yeah, and make sure you dont lose your self control and give in to his persuading, if he tries. believe me, my friends have gone through that stuff, and theyve regretted every second of it.

Why would your friends think that he's going to rape you? There has to be more to the story that you're not telling us.
But, based upon what you've said, I'd slowly begin to avoid him, because it sounds like all your friends see something you don't.
Again, I'm guessing based on what information you've shared. If there's more to the story, you need to add it.
Good luck.

whoa, whoa, whoa. back up buddy. freshmans can sure hang around seniors, but i wouldn't start a relationship. for one thing, he is getting close to 18. soon it would almost be illegal. then, he'll be off to college while ur still a sophmore (or however u spell it). just be frends.

Just look for someone of your own age. Think he just wants sex.
