Both are bad, but in the future there is always the chance theyw ill find something wrong with the replacements for sugar in the diet, which could have even worse results on your health. I suggest regular soda if you feel the need to drink soda at all, unless you have a health problem and cannot have much sugar.

Aspertaine has not been found to be deadly in humans. It will cause lab rats to get cancer, but they are receiving 10X the dosage humans would get in a whole six pack. I don't think it's that great for you but in the long run would be better for your health than all the refined sugars (turns into fat) of regular soda. Try water.

Too much of anything is bad for however studies show that if on average you drink one can of regular soda a day and were to stop you can cut your chances of getting type two diabetes by 80%.

Well it is still bad for you because Diet Coke or Pepsi has caffeine in it but it is a lot healthier than just plain old Coke and Pepsi because it has less sugar and either not a lot of calories or none so it isn't horrible for you but I mean water and juices are healthier than it.

Diet soda is actually better than regular soda for you. Regular soda has glucose in it, which your body produces glycogen. if u have alot of glycogen it makes u over weight and causes health problems but diet soda is better cuz it just has regular sugar in it. In reality no soda is good for you.

Oh my God yes!! Aspertame has been known to cause cancer. Regular soda is already bad for you (Cola can unclog sinks and remove rust from cars), adding artificial sweetner makes it deadly.

also ... apparently the type of artificial sweetener that's in diet soda actually increases your cravings. obviously, it doesn't have calories ... but it physically makes you hungrier AND sorta makes you rationalize eating more because you think, "ohhh, it's okay, i had a calorie-free soda, so i can eat more."

Carbonated water isn't the best thing for you, and it's bad.... especially for females. It's the #1 cause of bladder infections in females.
