i was only a very skinny girl, but when i turned 14, i was always so hungery, and i gained 50 lbs. in 3 years which is not good. i am 5' 7" and 157 and it is just gross. i am always so hungery, and i dont want to be this way because it is ruining my life. please give me tips for not being so hungery, and please, things that really do work.

What are you eating? Your choice of foods might be the whole problem. Are you eating JUNK? Try eating natural foods.
If every thing you eat comes with an ingredient list there's your problem.
Check out the produce aisle in the grocery store.Quit eating at places that ask if you want to supersize.
Eat foods that don't come in a box.Even the stuff at the grocery store can make you gain weight.Learn how to cook REAL foods!
Buy food that doesn't come with instructions!
Snack on raw vegetables.
Just quit eating food that came out of a machine.

Eat 5 small meals a day. Most people actually do this to lose weight. If you eat small meals, you don't feel as hungry and you won't be as likely to overindulge when you DO eat.

Another tip is to have a fiber packed snack (like apples or nuts) between meals. I drink fiber powder drinks between meals and it really keeps me feeling full and it's only 11 calories per 8oz.

Try drinking more milk early in the morning..it will help keep you full but give you fuel and nutrients needed

*Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
*Chew minty gum

eating healthier helps....... you need to give your body what it needs to work properly.......not junk. Eat more fruits and veggies.
Drink less coffee, lattes, sodas......
replace your chips with carrots.

When you starve yourself or dont eat enough good foods...
thats when you become hungry.

Oh yah.......become more active.......thats a BIG ONE!!
