1 a. If you have an in-home worker who's supposed to be helping you get your kid back by checking your apartment, can she get the landlord to just let her in without your permission?

1 b. if NOT what can you do about it?

2. Can an in-home worker FORCE you to call her before you go ANYWHERE (so you can get her permission to go)?

3a. a child has a diffrent mark on them every other week in foster care and didn't have any marks on them when they was at home with their parents... what would you think???

Honey, the laws differ in every state as to what can or can't be done 'BUT' you are being manipulated!!!

In my opinion. It is true a landlord CAN go into any property they own if they feel that it is warranted; but there isn't a reason for a case worker to go into a home without you there. She or he just doesn't have to tell you that they are coming to visit---they just come!

My thinking is that this woman or man knows that you are scared and they are letting their authority go to their head.

I wouldn't jump to go and see a lawyer --just yet!.

BUT I would be a nice person and go see the District Attorney in your County and ask him if these things are supposed to happen and you just want to make sure that you understand everything because you don't want to do anything that will effect your getting your children back.

THEN, tell him or her what is happening in the exact same way that you wrote it in your question.

You not only will get some good answers, but my guess is 'a new in home worker' too!!!!

If my children needed me to get them home, I would be hiring an attorney. I am sure the laws vary from state to state. As far I know, no one can enter your home without a warrant unless they have your permission. I would call the head of CPS and find out and then follow w/ an atty.

As far as question #2, no clue, but I think I would do as they ask if it meant getting your kids back.

3. I would take pictures and document EVERYTHING.

I dunno, is a state by state thingy,
1.a.)If in-home worker means person is allowed to or expected to enter the premises were the child is at or could be at, yes.
The Landlord can almost enter any premises that they own or hold Title to. There is a whole lot of legalese in that one that supports or disputes it, state by state, county, city, and whatever the Contract that the first party signed are in effect on that.
1.b.) Contact the police or something.
2. You can can be forced to do anything that you allow yourself to be. Or you can choose to be forced. No person can truly force another to do anything. Lot of law in that, and some common sense.
3.a.) Marks can be interpreted by different people to allude to allegorical or alleged circumstances that may or may not have any factual basis.
3.b.)Call a cop.

so some distance as i understand, the coach would not contain easily onscreen depiction of sexual sex. obviously, what's seen "sexual sex" is somewhat obscure, as are the guidelines about baby pornography... case in point, what about MTV's different hit coach, 16 & Pregnant? the following you've a gaggle of underage babies who've of route engaged in sexual sex, which technically makes this coach baby pornography to boot. yet for some reason, this coach is seen ok because it truly is significant we inspire teen being pregnant? Or, what about even as MTV nonetheless used to exhibit music video clips? could Britney Spears' video clips be seen baby pornography? What about different shows, like Jersey Shore which depicts genuine human beings doing a lot of an identical stuff they are condemning Skins for? even as the individuals in this coach are not minors, the coach continues to be everyday among kids. even if the content fabric is suitable for babies or kids, could be as a lot because the father and mom - and in no way the authorities - to decide. If the percentwants to do something about the coach, they could be complaining to the sponsors who can then placed stress on MTV by technique of pulling their classified ads - and bigger importantly, their ad sales - from the coach or community.
