I would suggest TALKING to your wife first. Tracking everywhere she goes isn't a good idea, and there's always the risk of getting caught. If you have trust issues with her, then you need to work them out. Spying is a horrible idea, and it won't get you anywhere, except in more trouble. If you're having problems with your wife or you suspect she's cheating on you, talk to her.

Why would you do that? Do you have a problem trusting people? Do you suspect she's cheating on you? Cause if you do, then you should TALK. Sheesh, guys have a problem with talking! Instead of sitting down and saying "Dear, I think we have a problem..." then you go and buy expensive stuff to STALK your wife? Stop. It won't get you anywhere. And spying, I do believe, is illegal, or can get you in trouble with the law. Bill of rights, that sort of thing. Seriously, chill and talk.

Try getting the GPS tracking function activated on her cell (w/o her knowing of course).

If this is a problem, then you may have other issues that need to be addressed first.
