Definitely too soon. Basically he is in the relationship for sex. And in today's society most relationships are based on sex.
If he loves you he will wait and respect your wishes. If you do, do it, your relationship will be based on sex and how often can he get some. And if he can't get it from you he will go somewhere else.

Guys want to have sex because they are guys, but, also because they know that as soon as you two are married-he doesn't have to do any housework anymore, and then he'll quit having sex with you because you are a boring housewife. Then they'll want to have sex with someone else.
