I really want to lose weight!!! How can I stay away from food, and how do I know what foods to Mainly stay away from? I also woul like some good exercises that will show results!!! PLease Help!!!

1) Stay away from a lot of sugar and sodium.
2)Eat mainly fresh fruits and veggies. Plus limited lean meats (tuna, turkey, chicken).
3)Before eating a meal, eat your salad first.
4)Eat slowly, it takes our bodies around 30 minutes to know that its full
5)Drink 8 glasses of water each day.

Jump rope it burns 90 calories every five minutes.

-Junk food is my weakness, I just don't buy it so that I am not tempted. Its ok to have small portions of -not so healthy- foods occasionally.

the best thing to do in your case is limit your portions. good exercise is cardio, crunches and push ups. Even doing a little is better then nothing. Try to stay away from Trans fat. like butter. when shopping for food, look for the less fat calories..... Theres always the special k diet

chew gum, drink water or find something else to do. if you need to get out of the house go to the store and just look around or anyplace else. Clean or organize something keep yourself busy, alot of eating comes from boredom. read or write, do something to keep busy.
