how to treat split ends? how can i prevent it and what kind of shampoo should i use to get rid of this?help!!!

I use Mane&Tail shampoo,cinditioner,and infusium leave in conditiner.I have split ends ,but using the mane&tail,and infusium really helped.

buy a shampoo+conditioner for split ends. also, take a straightening iron and leave it on the split ends for like 3 seconds.

You should treat split ends by trimming them every 6-8 weeks. You should prevent them by properly cleansing, conditioning and brushing your hair. Don't brush your hair when it's wet, reduce heat styling products, minimize sun exposure and use hair products with sunscreen and use a natural bristle hairbrush.

Try putting alot of conditioner on the ends, and let it sit on there for like 5-10 minutes, and rinse! it should help treat em' and prevent em'!

the only thing you can do with spit ends is to give yourself a small haircut (or go get it done). try pantene conditioners they are a big help. it doesn't matter on the shampoo though. shampoo is just used to clean your hair. good luck~

just get a trim- you can't treat them. better to cut them off and start over. no special shampoo needed. try not to brush or comb your hair while it's wet, this will damage your hair for sure.
