anti-oxidents help you keep from getting cancer if you take them with cancer causing foods. All foods contain stuff that cause cancers. Some foods are much worse than other foods. Anything cooked over 350 degrees is worse. Things that are fried, grilled at high temps and smoked are even worse.
Fish and vegetables along with fruits have the least. It is believed that a large number of people get cancers from the foods they eat.

You know...they say it is..but boy there is a green tea boom going on right now..and for me..I think its all a consipacy to sell products.
If you want to remain healthy stick to 100% fruit juices and water.

Yes it is. It has natural anti-oxidents to prevent deminishing health. I drink tea and a gallon of water eachday. no sugar.

I don't think so. It has caffeine in it, which isn't so great for the heart.
