What is a good regimen for just 3 days a week, I usually do cardio everyone of those days for 15 to 20 minutes. I have only been back at the gym for a week.

Day 1 chest and triceps, two or three excercise per group starting with the chest, when finished do Abs (light day for abs)
Day 2, Back and Biceps, same as above back first and heavy ab day
Day 3 shoulders and neck, light ab day and cardio day since shoulders for me tend to go quicker than the other two days.

Check out www.menshealth.com. It has alot of good workouts for all parts of the body as well as diet/food tips. I have been following the abs diet they promote, which involves lifting weights (upper and lower) on mon, wed, and fri, and cardio at least 2-3 times per week on non-weight days, and I have seen pretty decent results. Good luck.

quick advice-you should work out your whole body and three days is enough to see results.
