Calm down....you're gonna be OK.
Just do these simple things....
Make sensible choices when you eat. Lean protein,lots of vegetables,less fried foods,low fat dairy,whole grain breads.
Also...work that body....go for a walk,dance more,ride a bicycle,join a sports team,go swimming....anything you can think of that involves SWEATING! Go burn some calories!
You're only 14. Your body has more energy now than it ever will again.Make sure you take advantage of that! You're only going to slow down as you get older.NOW is the time to whip yourself into shape!
Just make sure that you don't have unrealistic expectations!
You didn't pack on those extra pounds in a week,so don't expect to lose them over night!
Be patient,eat right,exercise.After a while you'll be able to look at yourself and say "DAMN!"

Eat real food. I.e., corn instead of popcorn, etc. Drink a Lot of water (2 quarts a day). Exercise (walk, dance). No Pop (sodas)! Just make one small change like this every few days. As soon as you feel good about it, do another. Try eating just raw food (like, raw fruits, grains, vegetables) for a few days. Sounds crazy, but you'll feel terrific! Choose a comfort food that is nonfattening, and then go for that what you need it.

Running is one of the most beneficial ways to burn calories. Try going on very light jogs, then as time moves on start jogging longer and harder. In your case, if your committed to doing so, start with about a 15 minute jog. Also watch your diet for fatty, greasy, and oily foods.

for one, no offense, but your breats might have something to do with it. to lose a little weight [don't try to get to much weight loss] eat less when you have a meal. only three meals a day and ALWAYS eat breakfast, it actually causes your metabolism to speed up. excerise everyday for about an hour. and you should begin to lose weight. :]

trying eating alot right before you go to bed, try getting hooked on a drug to take your mind of of food maybe heroin or crack. other than that wear really skanky clothes cause everyone will like that.
