Why can you taste blood after you run hard?

You will if you have bad gums, I went to the Dentist and had them deep scaled and now my mouth is healthy and when I grit my teeth hard, no blood

whoa.. how did u manage that? I run hard all the times.. but I cant say the same thou. .. weird!
