It depends on which topic you are referring to. If you want general knowledge about everything you either have to be born with an excellent memory, or you will have to study very hard to attain such knowledge and to keep such knowledge in your memory.
There are no wonder drugs out there that will do the work for you. You will need to devout your life in pursuit of knowledge.
