Certainly!
You can replace sweet and sour mix with any particular mix that suits you.
Orange juice is fine but don't forget the vodka!

No orange juice is not a replacement for sweet and sour, you can take some lime (or lemon) juice/water/sugar, that's about the closest your going to get.

Back in the dark ages, when dinosaurs roamed the earth, people made their own sweet-and-sour mix. It is simple ... mix one part heavy sugar syrup (3 parts sugar, 2 parts water) with one part lemon juice. You may want to adjust the sugar/juice ratio to give the mix the right balance of sweetness and tartness for your taste.

Margarita mix works in a pinch. You can also just make some with simple syrup and citrus juice (lemon, lime, and orange juice).

I use lemonade. Orange juice might be a little too sweet.

It depends on the drink you are making.
If you are asking because you are making drinks like strawberry or banana daiquiris then yes. I actually think that OJ is better. Most people who are drinking daiquiris are not looking for a sour drink. If it's Margaritas then no - the sour is part of the taste/appeal of that drink for most people.
