do you think I can get it firm in one month? If not, how much time do you think it takes?

It's for the beach, i'm going to florida for april vacation!!

if you have access, try a stairmaster. if not...walk uphill. 30 minutes a day.

First off, how old are you? That can help me tell you exactly how much you should be working out.
Try going on a light jog every other morning. When you get used to that and you feel more energetic, bring it up to once a morning. Jog for maybe 15-25 minutes? Go at your own pace. Running up-hill works the muscles in your but too! My crew team has to do these sprints where we run up sand dunes at the beash as fast as we can several times. Gets you sore but fit.

I can help in this matter, with a firm butt massage, that I perfected in the Orient, while studying yoga in a monastery. Female butt massage was one the subjects I was able to meditate on, after thinking of the cosmos, which is quite similar. It got very firm, the butt I mean.

running is the best exercise to tone your buttocks. the time all depends on wheather you are already workign out or if you are a beginer at working out. if you have been working out for a while 60 minutes would probably do it but im not sure how much of a difference a month would make. you would defiantly notice a difference im just not sure how big of a difference you want to see

Run for about half an hour to an hour every day. Be sure to stretch before and after running. Have fun in Florida!

Depends how big your butt is.

30 min a day minimum. Try Yoga. There is a phenomenon called yoga butt. You might get better results with a power yoga DVD, if you are serious about it.

squish your butt together just like you have to go to the bathroom
