The only thing I can find online is various companies who want me to hire a translator, but this isn't nearly that important. I'm trying to find the English translations to Gogol Bordello songs, many of which are entirely or partiallyin Ukrainian. Does anyone perhaps know what this means?

Note: Ukrainian is not the same as Russian.

the Ukrainian language used in this poem is very old fashion.
This translation is just close to original
"stupid beach or that stupid pig,
took away(stilled) our small daughter"
well I can actually help you to translate for free..........
I also like Gogol.
Electronic translators are not good for translation this kind of poems.

it's dificult but not impossible: I suggest you better buy a translator software coz Ukrainian is an uncommon language (though has many words common to Slovak and Polish and of course, Russian).
A better idea is to find yourself a Ukrainian penfriend who would help you out. I highly recommend the following sites

www.phrasebase.com (Here, you can find a language exchange partner without trouble - also, this must have the largest set of resources to learn ANY foreign language)
