i need advise on losing some weight in a rather fast way but yet effective and safe. i weigh 261 pounds. i lost 7 pounds in a little over 2 months. i watch what i eat and i excercise for the most part every other day. my biggest problem is my dinners. i eat fruit and a bowl of healthy cereal or something for breakfast and i eat lean cuisines for lunch. dinner i don't have gas currently on in my home and i won't for 2 weeks. so i'm using double burners that are electric and a toaster oven. so i need some advise on easy and not expensive recipes and how to keep myself motivated when working out. i get board of the ones i do now. i do have like 20 dvds that are all different in workouts- alot of them have helped me so much along the way. i don't want to go to a gym or anything i'd rather workout at home because that seems to be the most effective way for me. i have a treadmill, a stability ball, 3 sizes of dumbells, stretch bands, and a heart rate monitor. oh and the gazelle. please help!

Don't eat to much fatty foods, uh, workout ( try running for 20 min ) in the mornings, along with other exercises, it's gonna take about 6 wks for some serious improvement

sounds like you're doing everything right, keep up the exercise, and just watch what you eat very closely. Salads are quick and easy dinners that don't require cooking :)
