Ok, so this evil-you-shun that we have been doing for some couple milion years.
Is possible to get out of it?

I'm not sure what you mean by "doing" evolution. If you mean, are we evolving now, then of course we are; the changes are mostly too subtle to be seen, being in the form of developing better immunity against the bugs (while the bugs are evolving better ways to have us for lunch). The only way to get out of it is to go extinct.
