If sex is strictly for re-creation (not to be confused with recreation) then why make it feel so good. Especially when it leads to rape, disease, adultery, homosexuality*, all of which I assume God doesn't like, and all of which could be avoided easily if sex were only to make babies.
If I can figure this out why can't God?

All you did is ask why sex feels so good. As far as the crimes committed over it, maybe your haven't noticed, but people don't rape for sexual pleasure, they rape for power and control... That is the sexual release for rape and why only crazies like it.
Most of the other things you cited as being problems would be problems no matter how good sex felt or didn't feel. Obviously you are a kid, because if you were older you would realize that the problems with relationships is very rarely the sex and more often the commuinication and intimacy of the relationship.... Adultry isn't about sex, it is about intimacy...

God made sex feel good because He wanted us to enjoy it as a pleasurable experience within the confines of a loving marriage. I for one think it's pretty cool that God is concerned with the little details such as making procreation such a pleasant recreational activity! As to rape, disease etc., that's not God's fault. When people have a wicked heart, they will do wicked things, no matter what good things there are in the world.

Think about it--really. If he hadn't giving these sacred feelings we wouldn't create families.(If you scoff at the sacredness of these feelings than you need to search the scriptures and search your heart[your choices don't make something sacred into something vile they only become that way to you]) And those waiting to come to earth to get bodies would n't get a chance.
Saying sexual desire is the cause of all those crimes is worse than saying bullets kill people. Bullets don't do anything on their own, they just sit there! The trigger must be pulled! People kill people!

Also creating a child is a glorious and wonderful thing. When used righteously is strengthens the bond of love between husband and wife. It's part of our experience on earth. Heavenly Father wants us to Master our 'natural man' to treat our bodies and temples with respect. Not flinging ourselves to anything that feels good.
Homosexuality only brings misery and confusion in the long run. Any honest former or practicing person would agree to this. Because it's only for self gratification.

Because of the Fall, we have taken this and deformed it into something it was never meant to be. Sex within a Christian marriage is something that is absolutely incredible.

If people had sex for the sole purpose of having children many fewer babies would be born. And that's now, when we know that sex produces children. Back in the day before people understood anything they would have had no reason to even do it if it didn't feel good. That's my theory anyway. Sex feels good to make people want to do it and thereby create the next generation of humans.
