12 yrs ago I had sex with a family members friend. Yes it was a one night stand. I had just broken up with my b/f a few weeks before hand. When it got around that I was pregnant the family member asked the friends mother if the baby could be the friends. When the mother confronted the friend he said yes he had had sex with me. Later on the mother became my aunt by marring into my family. At a family function she had taken many photos of my child that was then three and compared them to her own son when he was at that age. They looked like twins. She then showed my mother the pictures who was also convinced that he was the father. I had said nothing to no one on who the father was. Now everyone in my family had known who they thought the father was, but she (his mother) had said she did not want me to persue him as the father because according to her he would not be a good parent and they do not even acknowledge my child as being her granddaughter.

When the attorney generals got involved they asked for a paternatiy test and he refused for yrs. When my daughter was 8 his mother paid for one to be done but he had lived in another state at this time. The test came back negative but when the testing was done no picture was taken of him to verify that he was the one actually giving the DNA. On my other childs paternity test they had taken pictures of me, the baby and of the father to prove who was giving the DNA. My question is they ask for SS card and drivers license when DNA is given but since it was not proven to me that he was the actual person giving the DNA do you think he could have faked it and someone else gave the DNA with a fake ID?

LOL yes I have to totally explain myself...the other guy was tested and it came back negative but we went in to do the testing together so I know it was him.

It is sad that there are cruel individuals on here that respond.....NO there was only the two guys and it is not in question on who the father IS the question is do you think it is possible that someone could have faked being him....

if there are other people who could be the father, you may want to check them. If he was the only person who could possibly be the father, then this could have happened, though it would be highly illegal.
the real issue though, is if someone is willing to do something like that to avoid a paternity test, do you even want this person to know they are the father? he'll obviously be a terrible father, and you and your child are probably much better off without him as an influence on your lives. you seem to have done just fine for twelve years without knowing who the father is, and if it's him, you're probably better off not knowing, this way he has absolutely no claim to your child.

ok watever the question is...but yes if everyone says its not always true ur in trouble the thing is the father could have a daughter daughter or not he had sex w/u everybody thinks he made it with u then he should help raise it even if he dosent want to!!!!!!
