NO No no you don't NEED one you WANT one and we don't always get what we want now do we.
You are stronger than a little white stick that is bad for your health and makes you smell
OH YES IT DOES!
Think about all the things you could buy for say £5.00 a day.
Wow! That's £35 a week a humongous £1820 a year.
Well is it the Caribbean,Australia or anywhere else for that matter the choice is yours just like it's your choice now to have a cig or a nice feeling of satisfaction that you didn't let a smelly little weed beat you.
Keep it up you can do it!

OHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! SO do I.....It sometimes feels like someone just hit me in the side of the head and told me I needed one and no one is there.............I have a disease and I continue to want one. BUT, I don't do it.

You will hate yourself if you give in. You will be sorry, because you know you have to quit. If you smoke, you have to start all over again and experience this again. Kind of like the movie, "Ground Hog Day". Think of it that way.

One thing that has helped me immensely is BUBBLE WRAP. I purchase bubble wrap. I buy the big bubbles and the small bubbles. It really helps. I stay on Answers a lot too. Good advertising for them.....Want to quit smoking? Join Yahoo Answers! Licorice helps too. Black or red, doesn't matter. It has been proven to help because of the licorice bean it is made from.

You can get drugs from your doctor too. I tried the patch and all the other items. They didn't help me at all. Now I take 2 Xanax a day. One in the a.m. and one in the early evening. You have to have some kind of medical help. Even the doctors agree now that they will FINALLY admit that smoking is, indeed an addiction and not JUST A HABIT.
Sure took em long enough to figure that out. I knew it 25 years ago. There is not a stronger drug out there. Sure we enjoyed smoking. It was good for anything in your life. Stress, love, birth, death, hope, anger, sadness, happy, the CIGARETTE made everything better or more enjoyable. Hell, we smoked after sex, good OR bad sex. It didn't matter, did it?????

Now all those enjoyable cigarettes are killing me and millions of others as we speak........I think all the tobacco companies should be MADE to dissolve all their companies and holdings. They should have to give all smokers the money and proceeds. THOSE COMPANIES KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO GET PEOPLE ADDICTED TO CIGARETTES, THE SAME AS THE PUSHERS IN THE STREETS!!!!!

If the tobacco companies had stated that cigarettes WERE as addicting as they have been proven, a lot of people would still be alive today.

So there. Don't give in to them. Don't smoke. Don't fill their pockets with your death.....................

Don't weaken. It has been shown that people who have only 1 or 2 cigarettes in the 2 months after they ' stop ' have a high risk of relapse.

To srengthan your resolve have a look at this statement from WHO:

Tobacco is the second major cause of death in the world. It is currently responsible for the death of one in ten adults worldwide (about 5 million deaths each year). If current smoking patterns continue, it will cause some 10 million deaths each year by 2020. Half the people that smoke today -that is about 650 million people- will eventually be killed by tobacco.

don't do it, think of all the taxes you are putting to this government if you buy cigs. They are also a cash crop, just think of the food those fields could harvest instead of cigs!
Plus, they stink. If they stink then you will stink. Sorry, but true!

You don't need the cigarette thats your bodys reaction to the lack of caffeine and all the other addicting chemicals that you are now lacking. You will feel like this for awhile but when you are done think that you could save your life from something far worse than a little bit of detox, Lung Cancer.

If you have any left rip them up and throw them out. Don't buy any and stay away from people smoking so you won't be tempted and bum one.

Try slow relaxed breathing with your eyes closed and sip some ice cold water. It will pass in 5 or 10 minutes, unless my mother is visiting in which case you'll definitely need one.

Please, for your sake, be stronger than me....
