Actually if you wanted to loose it as FAST as possible, you could go and sit in a sauna for like an hour, that will decrease the water weight, in turn decreasing your overall weight. That will work good for the scales, but if you are flabby you need some cardio.

No EWWW - Stop that!
The more negatively you view your body, the more likely your body is to give you crap. In other words, you're this poor human body, processing food, moving blood and oxygen, doing hundreds of things at once - functioning perfectly.
Then all of a sudden this brain starts thinking these terrible things. "You're fat! You're ugly! You're skinny! You're not good enough!"
What a terrible thing to say to your body - your body that has worked with you for all these years.
Be nice to yourself and you will find your natural weight.

thats not fat
aslong as you burn more calories then you consume you will loose weight. Never go below 1200 calories or your body will go into starvation mode and start storing fat since it thinks its starving itself in which u will gain weight
watch your portions, drink lots of water, exercise :) thats all it takes

115 is good for your height. Just do a lot of walking and physical things. also, watch what you eat. no pastas, rice and bread.

omg, 115 is ideal unless your body in not proportioned. but if you really wanna lose it just go jogging. cardio's the best way to lose weight, especialy when there's very little weight to lose.
