Okay, you put a glass of water on the ceiling and use a broom to hold it up. (Make sure its a plastic cup). Tell your victim that you can make the cup stick to the celing but you need to get something so you ask them to hold the broom on the cup. They hold the broom but then you 'get what you need' and never come back. So they are stuck with the cup on the ceiling and they can't move or else the water will spill on them. If they move the broom SPLASH! they're wet. Is this a good prank??

It would be if...
-it was in a public area
-more than one stranger was watching
-you could somehow add colorant to the water and thus the splash would be colorful
-the cup was big enough to hold a more than a liter of water
-the "water" wasn't actually water. Make the person believe that in order for the cup to stick to the ceiling, it has some kind of chemicals (acids?) that irritate/damage the skin.
It is not because...
-it's too stupid. Are you like seven?
-ceilings are indoors only. Water will be all over the place. who's cleaning it up? YOU.
-a broom?
-who is going to believe that the cup can stick to the ceiling?
-No one will fall for it.
-If you leave, how are you going to see what the person actually does?
-if you do what I said above you would be an asshole.
