You are 2 inches taller than your dad and only 15 pounds heavier, that is not bad. Exercise and eat right, and most especially wait for your body to finish growing

Well, you could start with maybe playing basketball during the week too, or going for a good walk every day. I know that is boring and what 14 year old likes to workout. But at 6 ft. tall, you are probably not THAT over weight. Just make sure you are eating a well balanced meal, your protein, veggies, a little carbs, and have a healthy snack in between meals. Don't eat for at least two hours before bed. Good luck!

Do about what? Your 14, 6ft, and 205Pd's, I'm 39, 5'8", and 197 Pd's it doesn't mean I'm fat. At 6' you could put more weight on and still not be fat. If your thick around the middle you can do exercises but like you said your 14 your body will still be going through some changes over the next few years so just be you and have some fun. Continue to eat correctly and stay active. Don't over indulge in the sweets especially soda.

Damn kid, you're just like my boyfriend when he was young.
Well, here's what you can do. Since you're 14 and you're already 6' ft tall, you're probably going to grow another couple of inches to 6'6 or 6'8. So, what you want to do is to do some work out that makes your abs go more noticeable and some work out for your shoulders and your back. Why? Because tall people will have more gravity pulling them down to the grown this will in turn makes you hump. If you notice most people walk with humps, since you are going to be tall, the older you get the more you will have problems having humps. So the abdominal work out, shoulders and back muscles are develope, the more you can support yourself, though the benefit will not be seen for a while at least when you get older you won't have a hump and walking like a hunchback.
Always stand up straight, this will help you relieved back pain and it will help you breathe more air since the lung have more space to expand and contracts.

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

If you're active and eating well, at 6' and 14yrs, you should be right where your body wants to be. You asked what to do, but didn't say if you were thinking about football or distance running, so we need to know which way you want to go. You're welcome to email me at dustinthewind48@yahoo.com if I can be of help.
